Town meetings are where residents can follow Town business, hear reports, and raise concerns for the Town Board to consider.
Regular Town Board Meetings
Regular monthly meetings for the Town Board are normally held at the Town Shop / Town Hall on the first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
If there is an item you would like discussed at a meeting, contact the Town Clerk at least 10 days before the meeting so it can be properly placed on the agenda.
Meeting Notices & Agendas
Detailed notices of Town of Ellsworth meetings are published in the Pierce County Journal. Agendas are posted on the Town website, at the Town Shop / Town Hall, and at Kenny's Lawton Bar.
Any changes to agendas are posted at the Town Shop / Town Hall.

Annual Meeting
The annual meeting is held on the third Tuesday in April. At this meeting, residents of the Town may:
- Review the prior year financial report
- Hear the prior year and current year road work report
- Set the date for the next annual meeting
- Express concerns within the township
Budget Hearing & Special Town Meeting
The annual budget hearing and special Town meeting are held in November. At this meeting, residents may:
- Approve the proposed budget for the next year
- Adopt the Town tax levy
- Authorize highway expenditures
- Set Town Board member salaries for the next term, when applicable
